Job Description:
KedarQ Skillify is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Personality Development Trainer who can help students improve their communication skills, confidence, and overall personality for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Personality Development and Soft Skills classes for students
• Train students in communication skills, public speaking, and confidence building
• Help students improve interview skills and professional behavior
• Conduct group discussions, activities, and presentations
• Guide students in grooming and professional etiquette
• Track student progress and provide feedback

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Confident personality and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
• Basic knowledge of interview preparation and soft skills training
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
