Role Overview:
As a key accounts manager at Sids Farm, your primary responsibility will be to acquire and manage key accounts, aggregators, and modern trade chains to drive revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in developing strategic partnerships, maintaining relationships with key accounts, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to drive sales and revenue growth for Sids Farm products.
- Identify, acquire, and manage key accounts, aggregators, and modern trade partners.
- Collaborate with Merchandisers to generate sustained demand and build a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Coordinate agent support, including training, merchandising, and BTL marketing execution.
- Provide back-office support by preparing quotations, negotiating pricing, and managing customer onboarding activities.
- Monitor daily sales performance, promotional offers, and account metrics to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure timely collections and manage accounts receivable effectively.
- Propose innovative promotions and in-store activities to enhance shelf off-take and visibility.
- Present periodic reports on account performance, goals, and initiatives to stakeholders.
- Analyse client data and sales trends to improve customer relationship management and business outcomes.

Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and new account acquisition.
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
- Ability to design and improve distribution processes and revenue channels.
- Experience managing inventory and stock across multiple regions.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and result orientation.
