Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible Dispatch & Product Tracking Executive to manage and monitor product movement in our sales company. The candidate will be responsible for tracking orders, coordinating with the dispatch team, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. They will also maintain records of shipments, follow up with delivery partners, and resolve any delivery-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Track and monitor product dispatch and delivery status.
Coordinate with the warehouse and sales team for order processing.
Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Maintain records of shipments and delivery updates.
Follow up with courier/transport partners for delays or issues.
Provide delivery status updates to the sales team or customers.

Requirements:
Experience in dispatch, logistics, or order tracking preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record keeping.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple orders and follow-ups efficiently.
