Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a TPA Executive located in Faridabad. The TPA Executive will be responsible for managing insurance claims, facilitating pre-authorization and cashless approvals, coordinating with insurance companies and third-party administrators, and ensuring accurate documentation for claim submissions. Additionally, the role requires addressing patient queries related to insurance, maintaining records of settled and pending claims, and working with the billing team to streamline processes.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of TPA operations, insurance claim processes, and pre-authorization handling.
  • Proficiency in documentation, claim verification, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with insurance companies, patients, and internal teams.
  • Organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for tracking and managing claims.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting or TPA operations is advantageous.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes is a plus.
