Role Description
Yo Tours is looking to hire passionate people to work with us as Tour Operations Executive role at our head office in Pune. If you are an open minded, friendly, outgoing person with great communication skills and instinct of naturally connecting with people, this opportunity may just be your perfect match.
- Work directly with the operation head and founders of Yo Tours
- Manage daily tour operations which includes handling booking, guides, and arrangement for new travel enquires.
- Attend calls and interact with our customers to guide them toward picking the most suitable tours/activities for their interest and resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer
- Support the team in increasing the online presence across various channel partners
- Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the company from time to time
Qualifications
- Graduation in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant experience
- Excellent Written and Spoken Communication, Inter-personal and Team working skills
- Knowledge of Domestic & International Destinations
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
