Tour Consultant – Job Role & Responsibilities

A Tour Consultant helps customers plan, book, and enjoy travel packages by providing expert advice and complete travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand customer travel needs (destination, budget, dates)
  • Suggest suitable tour packages (domestic & international)
  • Explain itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and policies clearly
  • Handle bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and visas (if applicable)
  • Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport providers
  • Assist customers before and during travel
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
  • Maintain booking records and follow up with clients
  • Promote company offers and special packages
