Role Description

The Toolroom Helper will assist in the daily operations of the toolroom as a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram. Responsibilities include assisting with tool preparation, machine operation, maintenance, organizing tools and equipment, and ensuring a clean and safe workspace. Supporting toolmakers and machinists in manufacturing and assembling components is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of tool handling, operation, and maintenance
• Understanding workplace safety and handling workshop equipment
• Organizational skills to maintain and manage tools and materials
• Physical stamina and dexterity for manual tasks
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and complete tasks on time
• Prior experience in a workshop or manufacturing setup is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent education
