We are hiring an experienced Tool Room Head for an electronics manufacturing company located in Nandav, Surat.The candidate will lead tool room operations and ensure efficient tool and mould maintenance.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sheet metal tooling and mould development.The role requires managing the tool room team and supporting production with high quality tools.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of the tool room department.Oversee development and maintenance of sheet metal tools and moulds.Ensure proper maintenance and repair of dies, jigs, and fixtures.Coordinate with production and engineering teams to support manufacturing needs.Lead and supervise tool room technicians and operators.Ensure quality standards and timely availability of tools for production.Required SkillsStrong experience in sheet metal tooling and mould manufacturing.Ability to manage tool room operations and technical teams.Knowledge of tool maintenance, die repair, and mould design.Problem-solving skills related to tooling and production issues.Good coordination and leadership abilities.
