Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of mortgage servicing to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
  • Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to analyze and report on servicing data driving improvements in performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance investor accounting and reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all servicing activities.
  • Provide expert guidance on loan administration focusing on optimizing processes and reducing errors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance providing feedback and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve complex servicing issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in mortgage servicing.

  • Qualifications
  • * Possess strong expertise in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis capabilities.
