Role Summary:

Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails for a kids educational channel that increase click-through rate (CTR) and maintain consistent visual branding.

Responsibilities:

- Design thumbnails for all published videos
- Maintain consistent colors, characters, and visual style
- Create bold, explicit designs that attract clicks
- Work closely with the editor and content head to match the video theme
- Deliver thumbnails according to the publishing schedule

Requirements:

- Experience designing YouTube thumbnails
