Our content has built a strong audience across social media platforms, especially on YouTube and Instagram, where we have an engaged and growing community.

We are looking for a creative and skilled Thumbnail Designer who can design highly engaging thumbnails that increase click-through rate and attract viewers to our content.

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills and a deep understanding of what makes a thumbnail stand out on YouTube and Instagram. Your designs should be visually appealing, attention-grabbing, and aligned with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality thumbnails for YouTube videos and Instagram content.
• Create thumbnails that increase click-through rate (CTR) and engagement.
• Work closely with the content team to understand the video/topic and create compelling visuals.
• Maintain consistent branding, colors, and style across thumbnails.
• Stay updated with trending thumbnail styles on YouTube and social media.
• Deliver designs on time according to the content schedule.

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing YouTube thumbnails or social media graphics.
• Strong portfolio showing previous thumbnail designs with good performance.
• Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Understanding of YouTube audience psychology and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create bold, clean, and eye-catching designs.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Experience working with YouTube creators, influencers, or personal brands.
• Knowledge of A/B testing thumbnails for better performance.
• Basic understanding of YouTube content trends.
