RKey Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement annual marketing calendars aligned with business goals.Plan and execute ATL/BTL campaigns to promote the mall, key events, and offers.Launch seasonal promotions, thematic events, and activations to attract footfall.2. Event ManagementOrganize and manage mall events (festivals, fashion shows, concerts, kids' events, etc.).Coordinate with event partners, agencies, production teams, and internal departments.Ensure events are aligned with brand image and tenant requirements.3. Digital & Social Media MarketingManage the malls website, social media handles, and digital campaigns.Collaborate with influencers and content creators to boost engagement.Track digital KPIs, run paid campaigns, and use analytics for performance improvement.4. Public Relations & AdvertisingBuild strong media relationships and handle press releases, interviews, and media coverage.Liaise with local newspapers, radio, OOH partners, and digital media agencies.Ensure consistent branding across all platforms.5. Tenant Relations & SupportCoordinate with retailers to amplify their brand promotions and new launches.Create joint marketing programs and facilitate tenant-driven activations.Share monthly marketing reports and footfall insights with tenants.6. Market Research & AnalysisMonitor customer demographics, shopping behavior, and competitor activities.Conduct footfall analysis, campaign performance reviews, and post-event reports.Stay updated with retail and lifestyle trends for fresh marketing ideas.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.6–10 years of relevant experience in mall marketing, retail, events, or lifestyle brands.Proven experience in managing large-scale events and digital campaigns Role & responsibilitiesPreferred candidate profile
