Job Summary:

The IT Coordinator is responsible for leading and managing the academic and administrative functioning of Grades 1 to 5 in accordance with the guidelines of the Central Board of Secondary Education. The role ensures effective curriculum planning, competency-based education, continuous assessment practices, and holistic student development.

Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Planning & Implementation (CBSE Aligned)
  • Ensure curriculum implementation as per CBSE guidelines and NCERT framework.
  • Promote competency-based learning and experiential teaching methods.
  • Monitor lesson plans, yearly planners, and learning outcomes.
  • Oversee preparation and implementation of assessments as per CBSE norms.
  • Ensure integration of art, sports, and life skills in academics.

  • 2. Assessment & Evaluation
  • Implement formative and summative assessment strategies.
  • Monitor question paper setting aligned with Bloom’s Taxonomy.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of academic records and report cards.
  • Guide teachers in preparing competency-based and case-study questions.

  • 3. Teacher Mentoring & Capacity Building
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and academic reviews.
  • Identify training needs and organize professional development programs.
  • Encourage participation in CBSE workshops and webinars.
  • Support teachers in adopting NEP-aligned practices.

  • 4. Student Development & Discipline
  • Monitor academic progress and provide intervention plans for slow learners.
  • Promote inclusive education practices.
  • Ensure student discipline and positive school culture.
  • Encourage participation in Olympiads and co-curricular activities.

  • 5. Parent & Stakeholder Communication
  • Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
  • Address academic and behavioral concerns professionally.
  • Ensure transparent communication regarding assessments and school policies.

  • 6. Administrative Responsibilities
  • Prepare timetables, academic calendar, and exam schedules.
  • Coordinate school assemblies, competitions, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with CBSE documentation and inspection requirements.
  • Submit regular reports to the Principal/Management.

  • Eligibility Criteria:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant discipline
  • B.Ed. (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 5 years teaching experience in CBSE school
  • 2+ years leadership/coordination experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of CBSE and NEP 2020 guidelines

    Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
