Role Overview

We are looking for a Textile & Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into strong visual designs and production-ready outputs.

The role requires a balance of creative thinking, technical understanding, and speed, along with the ability to leverage AI tools as part of the design process.

Key Responsibilities

Develop original textile and surface designs (motifs, repeats, placements)

Create and explore multiple colorways and variations

Work on digital design development using Photoshop/Illustrator

Build mood boards, concepts, and collection stories

Use AI tools for ideation, references, and faster design exploration

Translate concepts into practical, production-friendly designs

Coordinate with internal teams for sampling, corrections, and execution

Work on presentations for clients and internal reviews

Skill Requirements

Strong command over:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator (preferred)

Good understanding of:

Color, composition, and layout

Textile basics (prints, repeats, fabrics – preferred)

Working knowledge of AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar) for:

Concept generation

Visual exploration

Ability to work efficiently under timelines

Preferred Background

Experience in textiles, home furnishings, or fashion design

Understanding of print techniques / embroidery / fabric applications

Exposure to export markets or product-based brands
