Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (TSM) – MaharashtraNagpur

Base Location: Nagpur/Chandrapur/Gondia/Gadrchiroli/Bhandara

Industry: Agricultural Machinery / Tractor-Mounted Implements Manufacturing

Experience: 3 Years

CTC Range: ₹4,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and farmer meetings.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities.

Dealer Network Management

• Appoint new dealers and support existing ones.
• Conduct dealer training and performance reviews.
• Monitor dealer inventory and sales performance.

Subsidy & Government Liaison:

• Handle agriculture subsidy schemes.
• Guide dealers/farmers in completing subsidy documentation.
• Coordinate with Agriculture Department officials for scheme updates and claims.

Marketing & Promotion

• Execute demos, farmer meetings, tractor melas, and events.
• Support exhibitions and branding activities.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare sales reports, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with service teams for customer support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Agriculture/Science/Engineering/Management.
• 3 years experience in agricultural machinery sales.
• Strong knowledge of subsidy schemes – Mandatory.
• Effective communication & negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Salary Range:
₹4 LPA – ₹5 LPA (Plus Incentives, Travel Allowances & Other Benefits)
