We’re looking for a full-time Tender Specialist who can spot the right opportunities, crack complex tender documents, and turn paperwork into winning projects. From government portals to final submission—you own the bid.

What You’ll Do

• Hunt, track, and shortlist tenders across GeM, CPP & state portals
• Decode NITs, RFPs, RFQs like a pro
• Prepare flawless technical + commercial bids
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal & site teams (yes, people skills matter)
• Ensure 100% compliance—no missed clauses, no loose ends
• Track submissions, clarifications, and results till the final verdict

What You Bring

• 3+ years of solid tendering experience (infra / govt projects preferred)
• Strong grip on documentation, BOQs, eligibility criteria & contracts
• Sharp eye for detail + strong follow-through
• Strong communicator (English & Hindi)
• Calm under pressure, sharp with timelines
• Degree in Engineering / Management (or equivalent real-world expertise)
