8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking / Financial Services

Strong Hands-on Experience With Temenos Payments Hub (TPH)

In-depth knowledge of payment processing and lifecycle

Strong Understanding Of

SWIFT MT / ISO 20022 (MX)

Payment schemes and clearing systems

Experience In Requirements Gathering, Solution Design, And Functional Mapping

Hands-on experience with UAT coordination and execution

Excellent Stakeholder Management And Communication Skills

Good to Have

Experience With Temenos Transact Payments Integration

Exposure to real-time / instant payment systems

Knowledge of AML, sanctions screening, and compliance controls

Experience In Payments Modernization Or Migration Programs

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery models
