### Job Description

Gagangiri Group –#is hiring energetic and target-driven **Telecallers** for our projects Anvaya, Aadhya and Aaramya in Kandivali West.

We are looking for candidates who have prior experience in real estate telecalling (or telesales in any sector) and are comfortable working on-site from our project location/office in Kandivali West.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

- Make outbound calls to leads generated from Meta ads, quick commerce campaigns, walk-ins, and existing database

- Introduce the Anvaya project (spacious 1/2/2.5/3 BHK residences in Kandivali West)

- Qualify leads by understanding their requirements (budget, configuration, timeline)

- Schedule site visits, office meetings, and virtual tours for interested buyers

- Follow up on leads, share brochures, floor plans, and updates via WhatsApp & calls

- Achieve daily/weekly calling & conversion targets

- Maintain accurate records in CRM / lead sheet

• *Requirements:**

- 3 months to 2 years of telecalling experience (real estate preferred, but strong telesales from any industry considered)

- Excellent Hindi & Marathi communication skills (English is a plus)

- Comfortable working on-site (Kandivali West Sales Office)

- Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, CRM usage)

- Target-oriented mindset with ability to handle rejection positively

- Immediate joiners preferred
