Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to builders, brokers, and real estate agents
- Explain the companys property listing packages and services
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team

- Maintain and update customer data in CRM / Excel
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Telecalling or sales experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer and MS Excel
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
