Job Title: Telesales Executive

1. Overview:
The Telesales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and generating leads through outbound calls to potential customers. The objective is to effectively communicate the value of our products/services, convert leads into sales, and contribute to the company's growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
  • Address customer inquiries, handle objections, and provide information about product features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize leads and improve sales processes.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge to effectively articulate benefits and features to customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations while conducting telesales activities.

3. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and telephony systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and reports to measure performance.

4. Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing role (minimum of 1-2 years).
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets.

5. Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with outbound calling and familiarity with sales techniques.
