You will be joining Life Shield Trademart Private Limited as a Telemarketing Specialist in New Delhi. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, generating leads, maintaining effective communication with prospects, and delivering outstanding customer support. You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, promoting products, and driving sales through telecommunication and relationship-building strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize strong Lead Generation skills to identify potential customers
- Provide efficient Customer Service and Support to meet client needs
- Engage and build rapport with clients through excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proven Sales abilities
- Collaborate effectively with team members using strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in telemarketing or related fields is advantageous
- Preferably proficient in using CRM tools and telemarketing software
- Demonstrate self-motivation and the capability to work with minimal supervision

Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and identifying potential customers

- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage and build rapport with clients
