Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketer to join our admissions team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential students generated from our Meta and Google Ads campaigns, explaining our courses, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments. This role is ideal for someone who is persuasive, organized, and fluent in both English and Tamil.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads and provide detailed course information.
• Follow up with prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Explain course benefits, structure, fees, and enrollment procedures.
• Convert leads into course enrollments through effective communication.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead conversion targets.
• Assist with resolving queries related to admissions and courses.

Requirements

• Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Tamil is mandatory
• Tech Skills: Basic computer skills; knowledge of CRM and MS Office is an advantage
• Attributes: Good interpersonal skills, persistence, and a goal-oriented attitude
