Role Description

This full-time, on-site role, based in Kochi, involves duties as both a Telemarketer and Student Counselor. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective students and parents through calls, scheduling appointments, providing guidance about educational programs, and addressing inquiries. The role requires effective communication and the ability to foster positive customer relationships while supporting enrollment and admissions objectives.
Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service
• Experience or aptitude in Sales and fostering client satisfaction
• A positive and approachable demeanor with the ability to counsel students effectively
• Fluency in English and local languages is advantageous
