Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining our services, and helping them understand how MediSaver can support their healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain MediSaver services and benefits clearly
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Follow up with interested leads to encourage conversions
• Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
• Confidence while speaking with customers over phone
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM / Google Sheets preferred)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to handle customer conversations professionally

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
