The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing telecommunications projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. You will oversee the deployment of fiber infrastructure and manage our partnerships with BSNL and Airtel to ensure seamless high-speed connectivity for our clients in the Garo Hills.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Set and manage project timelines for FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) deployments and network expansions.
• Quality Control: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet ISO 9001:2015 standards and technical specifications.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide technical and progress updates to relevant stakeholders, including BSNL/Airtel coordinators and internal leadership.
• Field Leadership: Coach and support the technical team with task assignments, troubleshooting fiber-optic links, and onsite installations.
• Resource Planning: Manage equipment inventory and workforce allocation to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent management experience.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of ISP operations, OFC (Optical Fiber Cable) networking, and broadband infrastructure.
• Management Skills: Proven ability in project planning, resource management, and organizational leadership.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to effectively interface with government directorates, corporate clients, and technical staff.
