Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound queries, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support sales and service goals.
Main Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain a database of customer information and interactions
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities
