As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients or candidates over the phone, explaining services or opportunities, and gathering relevant information. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients or candidates from the provided database.
• Clearly communicate information regarding company services, job openings, or offers.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations in CRM or Excel sheets.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses.
• Handle basic queries, objections, and route complex issues to the senior team.
• Meet daily/weekly targets related to call volume and lead generation.
• Work collaboratively with the team and report daily updates to the supervisor.

✅ Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English or any regional language (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of using a mobile phone or computer for calling and record-keeping.
• Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Fresher-friendly; no prior experience required.

💼 Experience

• Freshers are welcome.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales will be an advantage, but not mandatory.

⏰ Working Hours

• Part-Time: 3 to 5 hours per day
• Flexible Shifts Available (Morning, Afternoon, or Evening)
• Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

📚 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Basic familiarity with phone/email etiquette
• Comfortable speaking over the phone for extended periods
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets (preferred, not required)
• Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions
• Time management and consistency in work delivery
