Make Calls: They call people from a list to tell them about new flats, plots, or shops for sale.
Explain Projects: they give basic details like the price, location, and features (like a gym or pool).
Find Interested Buyers: They filter out people who aren't interested and focus on those who are actually looking to buy.
Book Site Visits: Their main "win" is getting a customer to agree to visit the property in person.
Follow Up: If a customer says "call me later," the telecaller makes sure to call them back so they don’t forget.
Keep Records: They write down who they called and what the person said in a computer system (CRM).
