4–5 years of experience in telecalling / customer coordination

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with VIP visitors, exhibitors, and industry professionals through outbound calls.
  • Invite and coordinate with VIP guests for events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with VIP contacts and ensure strong relationship management.
  • Update and maintain accurate VIP records in the database.
  • Verify and update contact details such as name, company, designation, phone number, and email ID.
  • Record call feedback, confirmations, and meeting details in the system.
  • Prepare and maintain call reports and daily calling updates.
  • Handle Excel sheets for maintaining VIP data and reports.
  • Ensure proper tracking of VIP registrations, attendance, and engagement.

  • Skills Required
  • Fluent English speaking and good communication skills
  • Experience in telecalling, customer service, or VIP coordination
  • Ability to handle Excel sheets and basic formulas
  • Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
  • Good organizational and record-keeping abilities
