Job Overview

We are hiring experienced professionals in US Healthcare Voice Process to handle inbound and outbound calls with US patients for appointment scheduling and coordination of healthcare facility visits.

This is a stable opportunity to work with a US-based healthcare client in a structured and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with US patients
• Schedule appointments and coordinate visits
• Verify patient demographics and basic insurance details
• Maintain accurate documentation in the system
• Follow HIPAA compliance and quality communication standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years experience in US Healthcare Voice Process
• Strong communication skills (neutral accent preferred)
• Experience in Patient Scheduling / AR Calling / RCM Voice preferred
• Comfortable working US Night Shift
• Immediate joiners or 30 days notice preferred
