Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists or databases.
- Explain products or services clearly and persuasively to generate interest and sales.
- Respond to customer queries, overcome objections, and close sales effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and improve telesales strategies.
- Handle customer feedback, provide after-sales support, or escalate issues to relevant departments.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.

Requirements:

- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Persuasive and result-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working under targets and deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts if required.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of the industry/product line you'll be selling.
- Multilingual abilities depending on the target market.
- Experience in lead generation and sales conversion.
