Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller to support our residential architectural business by handling client interactions, generating leads, and coordinating initial consultations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of residential projects and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients for residential architectural services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide basic information about services offered.
• Generate and qualify leads for site visits and consultations.
• Schedule meetings between clients and the architecture/design team.
• Maintain and update client databases and call records.
• Follow up with potential clients to ensure conversion and engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and client handling.
Key Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in handling client conversations over calls
• Basic understanding of residential architecture / interior services
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / customer interaction / sales support
• Experience in real estate, architecture, or interior design firms will be an added advantage
