Role Overview:
We are looking for a Telecaller – Onboarding Specialist who will connect with potential admins, explain the platform, and help them onboard successfully. The role also involves regular follow-ups to ensure active participation and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and onboard potential admins onto the platform.
• Explain features and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with admins.
• Maintain meaningful conversations to encourage active participation.
• Track daily calls and progress.

Requirements:

• Must speak Hindi and English fluently.
• Education : ANY
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle 15–20 active conversation calls per day.
• Basic understanding of mobile apps.

Eligibility:

• Youngsters with strong communication skills are welcome to apply, provided they can manage the daily call target.
• Should know about bike riding environment.
• Should have a PC/Laptop and a cell phone

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
