- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance communication and sales skills.

• *Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems (training will be provided).
- Enthusiastic and goal-oriented attitude.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales (preferred but not required).
