Key Responsibilities
  • Tele-counselling & student engagement:
  • Reach out to potential students through calls, emails, or other communication channels.
  • Counsel and guide students regarding program offerings, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and fee structures.
  • Provide end-to-end support to students from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Admission process handling:
  • Accurately document student inquiries, interactions, and follow-ups in the system.
  • Assist in processing applications and ensure that admission criteria are met.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth admission confirmations.
  • Relationship management & support:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to help students make informed career and education decisions.
  • Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and a smooth admission journey.
