- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Qualify and filter franchise leads based on predefined criteria
- Explain business model, investment details, and brand value proposition to prospects
- Schedule meetings/calls for the franchise sales team
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Google Sheets
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly
- Coordinate with internal sales team for smooth lead handover
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
- *Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English)
- Prior experience in telecalling / inside sales / franchise sales is preferred
- Basic understanding of sales funnel and lead qualification
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and calling software
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively
- Target-driven with a positive attitude

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
