Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining company services/products, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
• Explain company products or services clearly.
• Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain call records and update customer information in the system.
• Handle basic customer queries professionally.
