About the Role:

Saraswati Group of Colleges, Punjab is inviting applications for the position of Telecaller – Admissions Cell.

The role requires enthusiastic and communication-driven individuals who can effectively interact with prospective students, provide accurate information about academic programs, and support the institutional admissions process.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing admission inquiries, maintaining lead records, and assisting the admissions team in converting prospective students into enrolled candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and admission leads
- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, and admission procedures
- Follow up with students regarding admission inquiries and applications
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and student interactions in the database
- Coordinate with the admissions team for counselling sessions and campus visits
- Address queries from students and parents in a professional manner
- Assist in achieving admission targets through effective communication

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in any discipline
