Role Overview:
As a Telecaller - Admissions, your primary responsibility will be to handle both inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents. You will play a crucial role in providing accurate information regarding engineering programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structures. Your role will involve lead generation, follow-ups, counselling support, and converting inquiries into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management & Calling:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students sourced from inquiry databases.
- Handle inbound admission inquiries over the phone.
- Follow up with students who have expressed interest through various channels such as the website, social media, walk-ins, or education fairs.
- Maintain daily call logs and ensure updates on CRM/admission software.

- Student Counselling Support:
- Offer detailed information on:
- Engineering programs available.
- Specializations offered within the programs.
- Eligibility criteria and details on entrance exams.
- Fee structures and available scholarship options.
- Facilities provided within the hostel and campus.
- Address any queries raised by students and parents in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM/admission software is a plus.
