Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and personable Caller to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients and prospects providing excellent customer service and supporting sales initiatives This role offers an opportunity to develop communication and analysis skills within a dynamic environment The successful applicant will be organised bilingual English and Spanish preferred and possess strong phone etiquette Duties Conduct outbound calls to clients and potential customers to promote products or services Gather and input data accurately into the company database through efficient data entry Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Upsell additional products or services where appropriate enhancing sales opportunities Maintain professional communication with all contacts demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Analyse call outcomes and customer feedback to improve outreach strategies Follow up on previous conversations to nurture client relationships and secure ongoing business Document call details meticulously for reporting purposes Experience Previous experience in a call centre telemarketing or customer service role is advantageous but not essential Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail Multilingual skills particularly fluency in both English and Spanish are highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally Demonstrated ability to analyse information critically and adapt communication accordingly Experience in upselling or cross-selling products services is a plus Familiarity with phone etiquette standards and customer engagement techniques This position offers an engaging work environment where organisational skills effective communication and cultural competence are valued We welcome applications from motivated individuals eager to contribute to our team s success Job Type Full time Pay - per month Work Location In person
