Job Description:
Overview:

• *Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce company products/services to potential customers over the phone.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and set up appointments for the sales team.
- Follow-up on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve complaints when necessary.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Participate in regular training sessions and meetings to improve performance.

• *Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
- Solid persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales/marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
