Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to handle pre-sales customer interactions. The candidate will be responsible for responding to customer queries and reaching out to prospective clients via phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle pre-sales customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and updates.

Requirements:

- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills .
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with clients.
- Must have their own laptop and reliable internet connection .

Work Setup:

- Remote role (candidate should preferably be based in or around Noida)
