Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
- Provide basic information about study abroad programs
- Schedule appointments for counsellors
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
