Position: Tele-sales Manager

Job Location: Surat (Simada Canal Road)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Train, mentor, and motivate tele sales staff to achieve targets.
  • Set daily / weekly / monthly targets, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Develop effective sales scripts, strategies, and customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Compile and present sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
  • Ensure all sales calls and practices adhere to company policies and legal regulations.

  • Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Tele sales Manager /Supervisor or as senior representative.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field is often preferred.
