About the Role

We are looking for sharp, reliable, and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our healthcare call center team. The role involves handling patient inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and providing accurate information about diagnostic services.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion ability, and experience in tele-sales or healthcare call centers.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Inquiry Handling

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients.
• Provide accurate information about diagnostic services (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and other scans).
• Assist patients in understanding procedures, preparation, and pricing.

Lead Conversion

• Convert patient inquiries into confirmed scan bookings.
• Follow up with potential patients who have not yet booked.
• Maintain a high conversion rate from calls to appointments.

Customer Experience

• Maintain a professional, polite, and patient-focused communication style.
• Address patient concerns and build trust and confidence.

Call Tracking & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and bookings.
• Update lead status and follow-up actions in the system.

Team Performance

• Achieve daily and monthly call targets and booking targets.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth patient scheduling.

Candidate Profile

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in tele-sales, call center, or healthcare sales.

Skills

• Excellent Hindi, English, or Gujarati communication skills.
• Strong sales and persuasion ability.
• Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitals, or insurance call centers will be preferred.
