Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Sales Associate, located in Dhanbad. The Tele Sales Associate will handle customer inquiries, conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, and promote the products and services offered by Be Smarter. The role involves maintaining detailed records of calls and customer feedback, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. Additionally, the associate will work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth.
