Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and energetic In-House Sales Boy to assist customers inside the store, promote products, handle billing support, and maintain store cleanliness and stock arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers politely
• Explain product features and pricing to customers
• Promote ongoing offers and schemes
• Help customers in product selection
• Arrange and restock shelves properly
• Maintain store cleanliness and display standards
• Assist in billing and packaging
• Track daily sales and report to supervisor
• Handle basic customer queries and complaints

Requirements

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass
• Basic communication skills (Local language + Hindi/English preferred)
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
• Honest, punctual, and well-mannered
• Ability to stand for long hours
• Prior retail/sales experience preferred (but not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
