The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining property details, and generating leads for site visits and sales.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database.Explain real estate projects, property details, pricing, and offers to customers.Generate leads and schedule site visits for interested buyers.Maintain a proper record of calls and customer responses.Follow up with interested clients regularly.Coordinate with the sales team for closing deals.Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner.RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English.Basic knowledge of real estate will be an advantage.Ability to convince and handle customers over phone calls.Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, etc.).Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.Experience02 years experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales.SkillsStrong communication and convincing abilityGood listening skillsPositive attitude and confidenceAbility to handle pressure and achieve targets
