**About us**: We at G-tek corporation are looking for a Tele-caller cum back office executive for contributing to the sales of our company. You will be responsible for maintaining good customer relationships and closing the sales deal over calls. A successful telecaller representative must be excellent at communication and must have superior people skills. They should also be comfortable and agreeable to represent the product or services over calls and resolve clients’ complaints and queries Shall provide back-office support for sales, service and accounts. Shall deal with other back office related activities.

• *Responsibility**:
Ø Answering phone calls and providing information about company’s product and services.

Ø Contacting both existing and potential customer using prepared scripts.

Ø Asking questions to understand the customer requirements and specifications.

Ø Record the sales phone calls and documenting sales deals.

Ø Making sound decision.

Ø Excellent time management and hard-working individuals.

Ø Strong problem-solving skills and should be multi-tasker.

Ø Is responsible for making work orders in ERP and CRM and sending them to customer and updating them.

Ø Is responsible for following up with marketing based on collected bills.

Ø Is responsible for following up for payment.

Ø Excellent interpersonal skills.

Ø Regularly updating and maintaining customer database.

• *Required knowledge and experience**:
Ø Shall possess a graduate degree in BBA or commerce with 1 years of minimum experience.

Ø Efficient in English.

Ø Excellent in negotiation skills and ability to resolve it.

Ø Persuasive, verbal and written communication, Read / Write English is helpful.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
