As a Technology Research & Innovation Engineer / R&D Expert, your role involves exploring emerging technologies, evaluating new tools and frameworks, and driving innovation across software products and platforms. You will be responsible for prototyping new solutions, improving existing architectures, and guiding engineering teams on modern development practices including AI, cloud, scalability, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Generative AI, Cloud Computing, Microservices, and DevOps automation.
- Evaluate and recommend new frameworks, tools, and platforms to enhance development productivity and system performance.
- Design and develop Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and prototypes for new technical ideas and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate innovative solutions into existing products.
- Research best practices for scalability, performance optimization, and distributed systems.
- Drive initiatives around AI integration, automation, and intelligent systems in enterprise applications.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture proposals, and research reports.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams on modern architectures and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in software architecture and system design.
- Hands-on experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core / API development.
- Strong knowledge of Databases (MS SQL Server / NoSQL).
- Experience with Microservices architecture, distributed systems, and Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).
- Knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, or intelligent automation (highly preferred).
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies based on project requirements and strong analytical thinking.
